This half term in Year 1, our theme is:
‘The Victorian school child’
We will be finding out about what it was like to live in the Victorian Era and who Queen Victoria was. In science we shall be learning about the body and our senses and in RE we shall think about celebrations.
In English we will learn and perform Grandma rap! We will use adjectivies to describe nouns and use these in non fiction leaflets and a letter to Santa!
In maths we shall continue our learning with numbers to 10 to help us add and subtract. We will look at 3D shapes and start looking at numbers to 20.

PE Days
Our PE is on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Please come dressed in correct PE uniform on these days.
